About Centralia, Ontario
Centralia , Ontario was the site of one of the largest training sites for the RCAF. Centralia was the location of an advanced training school for pilots during WWII. this school ceased operations in 1945 but was reopened in 1947 after Centralia was updated to provide accommodations and training for pilots. In 1954, Centralia became the training centre for NATO.
